Reserving an SMDC Property of Your Choice is Easy!

Once you have decided on your preferred property, unit & payment option, here are the following steps:

1. Pay the Reservation Fee via the following options:

• iPAY88 Online Payment Link (can be requested to your assisting agent)
• SMDC Express Pay (Mobile App) - Download in AppStore or PlayStore
• Bank Transfer to SMDC BDO Account
• Bank Deposit to SMDC BDO Account
• Remittance to SMDC BDO Account

*Request for your RQ# from your agent as reference during your payment.

*Our agents will never collect cash from you.

*For SMDC BDO Account, download below.

2. Fill up and affix signature on the following documents (forms can be downloaded below)

• Buyers Information Sheet (BIS_Principal) 
• Buyers Information Sheet (BIS_Co-Owner)
• Schedule of Payment 
• Reservation Agreement

*For clarification, never hesistate to ask your assisting agent on which are the important fields to fill up.

3. Submit the following requirements:

• Passport (signature page must be shown)
• Proof of Bill (name and address must be shown)
• Reservation Payment Proof (screenshot or photo)
• Marriage Cert (If necessary)

4. Once done, send it over to your assisting agent. Our assisting agent will help you process the documentations. Congratulations!
